Just another ordinary day

Today was a good day.
I worked out twice today. Ran in the morning and Yoga in the evening.
I have a question, is it easier to run inclines (up or down) or flats? My run was on both inclines and flats. Even though I don't like hills (ok inclines but it's still going up) today it seemed harder to run the flat portions. Just a thought.
Yoga does a body good. It was very relaxing so mostly just calming stretches.
So I am now on my way to making up for the missing parts of last week. Two a days aren't so bad when Yoga can count as a workout.
Oh please TallBlondeOne I've been working alot and I need the stress relief. :-)
