It's been awhile but the knee is finally starting to feel better.  I went to the torture lady (better known as Susan) last week.  I'm not 100% but it is a lot better.  I see her again on Monday.  That should get me over the hump.
I was able to walk quickly for about an hour today and I played at tennis on Saturday.  Running is still a bit gimpy so I'm not there yet.  This is such a shame since I had finally started running almost like a normal person.  Now that I haven't run for some time I will be starting all over again.
I'm so tried of starting over.
Anyway torture lady is making it better so I can be like new.  The consensus is I seriously need to stretch more.  According to her I am one of the tightest people she has ever seen.  Maybe that's why I have no flexibility.
