We all need a Goal

The TallBlondeOne decided that "we" needed a goal, so we now have a challenge. You notice how I said "we", like getting my butt out of bed isn't challenge enough.
Anyway, for the next month I will be working out at least 4 times a week/running twice and lifting twice. For the next month she will lose 2 lbs per week. We still have to work out the details on what I get when I win.
I am now back at home so I ran around my neighborhood today. 3.75 miles (with a big hill) in 1 hour. Yes, I had to throw in the hill because that part hurt alot and I didn't stop the whole way up. By time I got to the top I was barely moving but still.
So stay tuned and watch me bet her.
