Stretching is Exercise

That's my story and I'm sticking with it.
Ok, so I only got 4 hours of sleep with a slight hangover. I tried to do my normal workout and almost passed out 15 seconds into the plank. Now maybe I was holding my breath but still. So I decided ok I'll start with crunches and see where it goes. Well it went straight to stretching and yoga cuz anything else was going to make me hurl. So it was stretching and yoga for about 20 minutes and I'm calling it a day.
Next time I'll drink less and sleep more.

Yea! You did it! I'm happy to share in your adventure and can't wait to read your next post. I'm with the Lone Trudger as a kindred spirit, if not always in person. Although my core is still reminding me of last Thursday....
